The project began with a pressing need to transform 12 disjointed Excel sheets into a seamless, efficient system that could streamline workflows for both administrative staff and on-the-ground teams. The solution had to navigate a landscape of intricate moving parts and large volumes of data while ensuring accessibility and usability across all levels of the organization.

The Solution

We tackled the challenge with a user-centered approach, starting with extensive story mapping to fully understand their workflows and pain points. This was followed by detailed wireframes and a comprehensive prototype, ensuring the solution was well-defined before development began. Throughout the process, daily stand-ups kept the team aligned and on track. The final product seamlessly integrated all aspects of their work, including innovative features like on-the-fly check-ins, creating a tool that streamlined their operations and enhanced efficiency for everyone involved.
